How to Use Tadalafil

Generic Cialis (Tadalafil) is used for the treatment of impotence (erectile dysfunction, ED). Tadalafil is available in different doses: Tadalafil 2.5 mg, Tadalafil 5 mg, Tadalafil 10 mg and Tadalafil 20 mg. Usually patients with ED are advised to take Tadalafil 10 mg as a starting dose, but it can be increased to 20mg of Tadalafil depending on the patient’s physiology or decreased to 2,5 mg  or 5 mg Tadalafil that are the lowest doses for daily use. If Tadalafil is used only when needed, the dose can be higher.

Tadalafil can be used with or without food, but it should not be use with other medications for ED of for blood pressure.

The medication is to be taken with a glass of water about 30 minutes before sex. Tadalafil enhances the erectile response to sexual stimulation relatively quickly and lasts up to 36 hours. Therefore, do not take more than once daily as needed. Also do not dring grapefruit juice, because it can increase the amount of medication’s ingredients in blood.

If you experience any of the listed Tadalafil side effects after taking this medication, consult with your doctor about further treatment with Tadalafil.

Tadalafil should be kept at room temperature between 15-30 C and store out of children’s reach.
